Booking and Scheduling
How far in advance should I book your services?
We recommend booking up to a year in advance to secure your preferred date. Complete our inquiry form, and we’ll send you a detailed questionnaire to kick off your personalized consultation. Your booking is confirmed with a signed agreement and retainer.
When should I schedule my hair and makeup preview?
It’s ideal to schedule your preview at least 3 months (90 days) before your wedding day.

Preparation and Tips
How should I prepare for my hair and makeup trial and wedding day?
Arrive with clean, non air dried hair (please ensure no products are applied), and a fresh clean face. Following a good skincare routine leading up to your wedding is essential. If possible, dermaplaning will ensure a smooth application. Bring inspiration photos and any specific products or accessories you’d like to incorporate.
How can I ensure my hair and makeup lasts all day?
Our artists use high-quality tools and products tailored to your skin and hair type to ensure your hair and makeup stays flawless and intact throughout the day. We will also provide a touch-up kit.
Day-of Logistics
What time should I schedule hair and makeup on my wedding day?
This will depend on your ceremony time, photography time, ready time, and the number of people being serviced. We’ll create a tailored timeline, ensuring you’re ready before the photos and the ceremony.
Can you accommodate large parties?
Yes, we can provide services for large groups and will come to your chosen venue.
Payment, Cancellation, and Rescheduling
What is your payment policy?
To secure your date, a 50% retainer is required upon signing the agreement. If your event is within 30 days, full payment is due at that time.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy is detailed in your agreement. Please feel free to reach out with any questions!
Can I reschedule my booking?
Yes! Our rescheduling policy will be outlined in your agreement. Please notify us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your new date.
Styling and Customization
Can I request a specific hairstyle, makeup look, or artist?
Absolutely! We encourage you to share inspirational photos during your inquiry and at your trial. We’ll do our best to accommodate your specific artist request.
Health and Safety
What health and safety protocols do you follow?
We adhere to all recommended health guidelines, including sanitizing tools and wearing masks when appropriate.
Do you provide services for clients with allergies or sensitivities?
Yes! Please inform us of any allergies or sensitivities, and we will tailor our products and techniques to ensure your safety.
Trial and Adjustments
Can I make adjustments after my hair and makeup trial?
Definitely! We value your feedback, any adjustments can be made during your trial and even after the trial to ensure you’re completely satisfied. Additional trial service can also be added if you decide to change your look as the end goal is your 100% satisfaction.
Travel
Do you travel for destination events?
Yes, we love to travel! Please let us know your location, and we can discuss travel arrangements and any associated fees for your trial and the day of the event.
